Ebaa Eltamami is a Barcelona-based movement artist. She’s also a management, strategy, and marketing expert from her past life, with 22 years of experience working in various sectors from corporations to civil society organizations, working on the topic of sexual violence, to managing arts and media organizations. - then at age 35, she decided to follow an old dream of pursuing contemporary dance professionally - with a first step being completing a professional contemporary dance education at Danceworks Berlin. She is now focused on creating and performing in independent dance/movement projects, and facilitating workshops targeted at people who ‘think they can’t dance.’

Workshops
The Go7a series or جسمك منين يا جحا is a workshop series conducted in English and Arabic for those who are looking to explore and forge stronger connections with their bodies. Through somatic approaches the participants are taken on a journey using the breath, voice, movement, and contact with other participants in the group, in a safe and fun space that encourages following our intuition and allowing honest expression to emerge with more ease, stripping away the sense of self-consciousness and awkwardness that sometimes preoccupies us when we find ourselves in “dance” or voice expression contexts.
